What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a complementary initial meeting at the clients offices and sit down with the principal or principals to get to know them their business and their goals objective and or issues that need to be addressed. We review the past three year’s financial statements and tax returns both personal & business. Then we give our opinion and feedback.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Caulo has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from St Francis College and is a CPA & Registered Financial Representative. The firm is also a Member of the NYS Society of CPA's. We laso have a concentration in taxation and tax issues in our annual continuing education
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our practice is a Retainer driven fee based practice. Upon meeting with our new clients and determine the approximate time needed on an annual basis to properly service and advise our clients a fixed monthly retainer is then established along with a yearend fee for the preparation and filing of both business and personal tax returns. We encourage our clients to feel free to reach out to us with questions on business and tax decisions before they are made so that we can help them properly plan. By not charging on an hourly basis our clients can feel free to reach out to us without concern that "the meter is running”. This also lets the client know what the fixed annual costs of our services will be.
