Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically onboard new customers in a brief conference call to discuss project goals and expectations.
From there, we manage our projects using collaborative online tools like Trello or Asana depending on the clients preferences. We are also proficient in JIRA and Basecamp for project management.
Once the timing and deliverables are agreed upon via a formal Statement of Work, or as an agreement as part of a larger Master Services Agreement, we move to completing our projects based on milestones and key deliverables.
For example, we may set intermediary milestones to review logo variations before moving to final logo drafting and delivering a set of reusable digital files of your completed logo. All of this is catered to your specific needs and wants at the start of the relationship.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer both fixed-price and hourly services.
Fixed prices work best for clients who have a concrete deliverable that they need (i.e. a logo, a brand guideline, a website, etc.)
Hourly services are available for clients seeking help with a more fluid array of services (i.e. social posts one month, brand management, design for monthly marketing collateral, etc.)
