What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a new patient call, we try and scheduale that special appointment right away. When they come into the office, I spend some time leanring more about why the patient decided chiropractic care is what they need and how I can aid them with starting the jorney to recovery. We also run some tests, and take x-rays to furthermore help me understand what will help them and what won't.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Life College University in Georgia and studied upper cerival care and training. I also have a chiropractic trianer who I consult with regularly on how to show up best for my patients and provide them with the top tear care they deserve.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As far as pricing, each case is different for my patients depending on what services they agree to and if they choose to sign up for a care plan.
How did you get started in this business?
When I first graduated Chiropractic School, I moved back to New York and decided to try and open my own place of business. I had made some connections within the University I was at, some who also moved back to New York with me. I started off rough and didn't know how to get my name out there, but now I have gratified my office and flipped it around, instead of worrrying about not doing well, each day I wake up with the hope that I can reach out to new patients everyday and help them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The variety of different patients I have seen over the years is a very wide range. I have cared for those who were in awful car accidents, people with severe scoliosis, patients who used to suffer from migraines. The list can go on, honeslty.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am found of is having a family start coming in under care, but the youngest daughter who is 2 was scared of getting her x-rays taken. Finally, she let my take her x-rays just this last week and she's going to start to come in for care along with her other siblings.
