What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free consultation to see what the requirements are. This discovery process is crucial to success. Asking the right questions to get a deeper understanding of the client's needs allows us to tailor a solution that produces a positive ROI. It is during this process we discover if we have synergy with the client. It is important that we take on the right client for the relationship to work. Our success depends on our client's success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 20+ years of experience has been a constant education. Besides my formal education at Michigan State University, we are constantly being trained on the newest technologies in Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Business. We attend many tradeshows and interact with other successful peers in our industry to keep abreast of the latest changes and processes to remain successful. We take tests from our partners, The biggest Tech. Companies, and Universities that provide certification and online courses.

All of the pricing is tailored towards each individual client. Nothing is out of the box one-size pricing fits all clients. We work with each client's budget to provide a solution that works for them. We are not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive. We provide top-level services at affordable pricing for small to medium-sized businesses. You get what you pay for you and we have a long list of happy clients.
How did you get started in this business?
This company was started when I went to work for a Tech Company in California that paid me to move there. When I left the company MB Consulting was started. The other partners and the real growth of the company began in the recession of 2007-2008."Necessity is the mother of invention." During that recession, we had no chance but to be different and be successful. We are constantly striving to find and learn the latest technologies and processes to utilize internally and externally for our clients to achieve a competitive edge.
