What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial interview appointment face to face or via telephone, ask client for previous year tax copy, to complete our in office or website (getting started) required forms, discuss different options and what final cost will be, retrieve all income documents, proof of ID, $20 deposit first time individual if requesting bank product. First time business $50 deposit required before transmittal of tax return.
