What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with clients to assess their situation and review their documents. Once their tax returns are complete, I make sure they understand the results and get it filed for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a federally licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) and I have been working in the tax field since 2006. I have worked in a mid-sized accounting firm where I managed a tax team handling remote and in-person clients in various industries.
