How did you get started in this business?
There are several reasons why I started my business. First, I want to help people grow and enjoy their business. We do this by helping them present a professional brand image, communicate with their customers and grow their sales. We believe we have unique abilities to help our customers and we are proud of what we have achieved.
Second, we enjoy marketing and marketing technology. Not everyone does, so we are here to help our clients run their businesses while avoiding the need to develop and manage digital marketing strategies and tools.
Personally, I've been involved in the digital marketing industry since 1995 starting in Silicon Valley in California. We have several important relationships with technology providers which help us keep on top of digital marketing best practices.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We love working with smart people and have done substantial work in a variety of professional/business service industries. These include insurance and financial services businesses, IT services, distributors, web-based businesses, contractors and more. We have also worked with a variety of main street type businesses including restaurants, coffee shops, home care, daycare and eduation companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to their customers, review their work, ask how long they have been in business and be prepared to tell them exactly what you are looking for and what your budget is.
