What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new customer. They will get in touch with me and set up an appointment to go over what bookkeeping needs they have. I will discuss my bookkeeping procedure and what information I will need to set them up in QuickBooks and payroll, that is if they need payroll assistance. Also, I will discuss the cost per month for my services according to their needs and the hours I spend on their account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in accounting. I am a quick book Pro. I have 25 years' experience in accounting and taxes.
I am registered to do taxes with theirs, I am a member of the National Society of Tax Professional, National Notary Association

Standard Bookkeeping fee.is $150 to 250 per month.
My price for taxes varies according to how many hours I spend on a return.
Payroll, varies according to how many employees a company has.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for the government for ten years and when my son had a car accident in 2005 I had quit my job to take care of him, so I quit my full-time and started a home base bookkeeping business so I could be with my son.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would first go by word of mouth of other business owners. If you are a very small business you do not need a expensive CPA . The cost is outrageous. I would definitely look on the web for bookkeeping services. Second, for taxes go to the IRS web page for a listing of tax professionals in their area.
