What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer, I get to know them by asking them questions about their dreams, goals, and other things they wish to achieve. Asking these questions builds trust and a strong bond between me and my clients. We not only do taxes, we educate our clients on the tax process along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the tax industry dates back to 2007 when I obtained credentials in accounting and taxes. I have always had a passion for the tax industry, but I mostly used my expertise and skillsets to help people who struggle to understand taxes and finance terminology. I have been in business for over 12 years and have over 12 years of experience in the tax industry.
We continue our education through the IRS, National Treasury Department, NATP, and FAST-FORWARD Academy.

Each individual has unique needs, so I do not have a standard pricing system. The prices vary according to the required services of the client.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the tax business over 12 years ago, but my long-time friend and I decided to go into business 8 years ago because we both enjoy helping people. We thought it would be a fantastic idea to combine our expertise and knowledge and open a business, and we've been working together ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with fortune 500 companies, medium-sized companies, small businesses, and individuals. I look forward to working with more clients.
