I have been in public accounting for almost 10 years and finance prior to that. I quit working for firms that only focus on the invoice rather than the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have an initial consult for all potential clients to see if your needs can be met with my services.
I also need to see your prior year deliverables, find out what you were most pleased with, and what didn’t work for you with your last professional. We need to understand each other to work well together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA and have a Masters Degree in accounting. I have prepared tax returns for large, medioum, small, boutique, and cloud based accounting firms.
