What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally would like to meet with the client to go over what their tax needs may be. I have several clients that may be just starting a business, & I would educate them on utilizing some tools that would help them succeed like using a QuickBooks Self-employed app, knowing what receipts to use for business, tracking business mileage, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I attended business school in Northern California many years ago, they offered a tax class (state & federal), & I continued to educate myself with articles from the IRS website.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing starts at $110 for individual tax prep, small business on the 1040 form will start at $125. I also have special discounts, if applicable.
