My customers come from all types of financial backgrounds. I have done personal and small business taxes, helped charitable organizations, as well as preparing corporate taxes. I also do the bookkeeping for all types of businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never hire someone who either wants a percentage of your refund, doesn't use a professional tax software, or won't sign your tax return. These are all people who are either not licensed or will hold no liability for the work that they do.
