I became a Notary Public in Los Angeles in 1992. I handled the LAX International Airport Notary Public Services as a Head Notary, from 1992 to 2006 . During this period of time I was also providing outsid Loan Signing Services to Mortgage Companies, Escrow, Title and Lending Companies after I got certified by the Natioanal Notary Association. In 2007 I moved into Las Vegas and I have been providing Notary Mobile services ever since. I have accomplish over 300 Loan Signings just in one company among the one I serve.
The satisfaction of customer's getting the services timely at home is greatly rewarding. I like to put my customers at ease during the process and be very attentive to their needs during the signing. I read and follow specific instructions for each assigment and help the clients to resolve any issues with the right person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Read Instructions and contact the Customer inmediately to make or confirm the appointment time and date.
Follow up on documents from 2 days before the signing date with the Hiring Company.
Keep the customer inform if there are any changes and reconfirm the appointment one day before.
If there are unexpected delays on the road call the customer and inform aproximetly how many minutes delay should be expected,the reason for the delay and also inform the Hiring Company.
Review documents before leaving the signing site, follow up on after completion instructions (Fax, Scan Shipping) and advice the Hiring Company that the signing was completed

University Background on Management, Notary Public Training and Loan Signing Agent Certifications.

How did you get started in this business?
Wrking for the airlines at the LAX International Airport I realized there was a great need for the services when International Travelers were requested to have letters permission to travel with children or Affidavits of Citizenship. I proposed the airport to start the service.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure of a past Loan Signing experience and familiarity with Loan Documents in case of hiring a Notary.
