We provide back end training on our websites when we are designing and developing so that our clients feel comfortable making their own changes and even if they do not, they have the knowledge to do so with our all inclusive back end training program. We also specialize in branding for new small businesses from start to finish. From logo design to website mock up, then developing the site, launching, SEO and social media page creation. I have always been fascinated by all design since I was a very young lad. Instead of drawing your standard little boy drawings like dinoasaurs and what nots, I was trying to redesign the Taco Bell and Baskin Robbins logos.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the goals of our customers and have a very thorough, engaging discussion to see not only if we are a good fit for the customer but if the customer is a good fit for our team. We want the process to be flawless and open in our relationship towards the clients goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for graphic design, business and design. From then I have involved myself in every course, class, training and talk regarding design theory, design in general, product design or anything else that is of benefit to our growth as a company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing for a custom website is 5k but during this time of COVID-19 we are giving an automatic 1k off the price to help small businesses out. Our pricing for all other services is on a case by case basis whether that be hourly or per project alone.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for design and always wanted to start my own business. I was in the mortgage and finance industry for 13 years and when the roof started to cave in on that industry I took time off to think about what I really truly wanted to do with the rest of my life and career and knew just a few things. 1. I wanted to do what I loved and wanted to design, draw, create. 2. I wanted to make my own hours so I could walk my kids to and from school. 3. I wanted to be able to do something where I could also educate those I help and teach them, show them how we did what we did and help small businesses understand and see how much they can do on their own and not get taken advantage of.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds all over the country. We have worked in just about every industry from catering to real estate, magicians, loan officers, restaurants, skateboard manufacturers, a cycling criterium in Florida, furniture stores, musicians studio, cannabis retailer and so many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are almost complete with the building on an app for Android and iPhone along with the website and it has been a very, very fun project to work on. We have created commercials for it and are beginning our SEO. The client is very calm, cool and collected and I truly cannot wait to launch it out into the world because it can also help many many small businesses all over the country and possibly others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you look at their portfolio, ask plenty of questions, get to know who you are about to hire and even ask personal questions, if they have a family, kids, pets. You want to feel very comfortable with who your designer is because they are going to be handling all of your design preferences from the get go.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about your budget and what all you need that is necessary. Separate what is a must and a maybe. Only focus on what you must have to succeed and do not try to pay for everything all at once like SEO for instance, let the website be complete and built first. You do not need someone working on SEO while the site is being built so save a few dollars in that are or better yet, as I always tell ALL of our clients, if you have an employee that has some free time or even yourself, then you can do your own SEO. All it takes is proper training, diligence and knowledge.
