What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is directed at clients desires, goals, and past achievements. From there we comprise information to target the goals the client will work on to step into his or her future accomplishments.

1. Individual coaching 75.00 (45 minutes and up)
2. Goup coaching initial cost is 75.00 which includes your intake package, which lets us know which group your will be placed in. Group session are 30.00 (1 hour) this is and online group session when you pay for the session you will be given a link to join the group session.

How did you get started in this business?
I owned hair salon business for over 20 yers and found I was being groomed to reposition my life work in the areas of Human services and behavior coaching. I would embark on studies that would lead me to a platform of studying cosmetology, theology, psychology, astrology Philosophy, sociology, and biology which would teach me and interconnected language on helping individuals heal.
I have also studied reiki and acquired Level 2 Reiki healing. I work with aromatherapy and scents as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients divorcing, separating, those contemplating career changes, Pastors, leaders, mentally ill, behavior challenged, austistic, ADD, emotionally scared, rape and domestic violence victims.
The clients most sucessful in changing the dynamics of their life are those who work at accepting they need to change unproductive decisions making inorder to experience product outcomes.

Being a part of and individual life who chooses sober living, which caused them to release past childhood trauma.
