The counselors at Ivy Counseling make you feel important. They really care about you and what they are doing. I had some financial issues half way through my therapy and they were accommodating to this. I learned so much about myself and my past no longer dictates my future.

Ivy Counseling is great! The counselors are genuinely there to help and strive to help you be the person you have potential to be. Christy is very understanding and easy to talk to. Its such a great feeling to have someone to talk to who doesnt make you feel uncomfortable or as if youre being judged. She genuinely cares for her clients, and I get something out of every counseling session we have. She helps you understand your thoughts and your behaviors. She helped me learn about loving myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When ever possible, I like to set-up a day and time for a 5-10min phone call with the client. This gives them the opportunity to share their reasons for seeking therapy and to ask me any questions they may have. Doing this has helped many of my clients feel a little more comfortable when meeting for the first time.
