About

The illness of addiction arises from a dysfunction in the brain’s reward center, causing a person to obsessively fantasize about and compulsively seek alcohol, drugs or behaviors which offer them euphoria no matter what negative consequences may occur along with it. In time the cycle of using becomes painful and the person’s health, sanity and life sharply decline.

Eventually, a person does not use alcohol, drugs or prescriptions because they want to, but because they have to. Without it they will experience physical, emotional and even spiritual pain which is unbearable and beyond the person’s ability to overcome alone.

At A New Life Recovery Center, we combine the best practices of science-driven healthcare and time-tested recovery to treat the disease of addiction.

We take pride in being able to re-establish hope by assisting individuals rebuild their lives through compassion, education, and rehabilitation. Our team specializes in building relationships with people challenged with addiction and mental health issues by providing unconditional positive regard. Our commitment to the client's success and well-being in treatment affords us the ability to individualize and tailor our treatment goals to match and address the specific challenges an individual may face in recovery.
