How did you get started in this business?
I saw small business not knowing where they were at and having no reccords so I went bak to learn more about accounting procedures.
I started my company when my children where at school and after they went to bed. It has grown past that time and now I work with business to reach their level.

I would say before hiring an accountant ask how long have they been doing this type of work and have they done your type of business.
And what type of accounting are you lookingfor them to handle for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much can they afford to spend
Are they going to do some of the work themselves and if so what?
Are they going to supply the program or are they wanting the accountant to supply them
How often do they want the work done, monthly or quarterly
