What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sign a Letter of Engagement, then get to work. For tax clients that means gathering tax documents. For bookkeeping clients that means setting up or taking over existing books. At the beginning we focus on cleaning up past errors; if there are none, we focus on tweaking the books for the client's greatest benefit.
