What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an interview process either in person or via telephone whichever works best for the client to discover their needs. I share my experience and some history about me and my company as well as our mission. I have a new client questionnaire that I fill out for each client either for just personal tax information and/or business accounting/tax services. I provide a quote for my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience in the field of Accounting and Tax Preparation. I have a college degree BS in Accounting. I have held may positions with private corporations from a CFO, Controller, Accountant, to an Accounting Manager. I opened my business in January, 2011 as I wanted to be able to provide a more personal free lance service to people and businesses in small towns from someone who cares about the community, and its need to thrive.
