About

Life patterns can be difficult to change. I understand what fuels these patterns, how they can be passed from generation to generation, and how to transform them.

When we don't know what it is that needs to change, we buy into the belief that we can't change. Many of these non-conscious relationship and communication styles show up as unwanted life patterns that are difficult to recognize in ourselves. We can educate ourselves and be more intentional about creating fulfilling relationships and engaging fully in our life purpose and passions.

I specialize in helping people recognize inherent communication and relational styles learned early in life. It is empowering to gain awareness of how we are contributing to our life experience. I have a holistic approach with advanced education in mental health, integrative health & nutrition, and am currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate at TKU.

I also write and design multi-media courses for Legendary Living Institute (LLI). LLI integrates current research from peripheral fields for the purpose of personal transformation.

My approach is very effective for couples and parents who want to create healthy relationships. Ask me for a sample chapter from our upcoming book, "A Time Traveler's Guide to the Present®".

In my opinion, humanity is at a very important crossroad in terms of realizing the ways of being that are inherited from cultural and family paradigms. It is a challenge for us to see these influences that manifest in our lives and relationships. One of the most fulfilling parts of this work is serving others in their journey to reclaim their most authentic self and their unique place in this world. Understanding of the nature of the human neurological system, brain development, and of the impact of cultural and familial paradigms is powerfully transformative. It is a profoundly exciting experience to walk alongside others on this path.
