I practice out of a treatment room in a salon in Hells Kitchen. All intake forms are emailed to be filled out prior to their appointment so that I have a thorough medical history. The clients should arrive 15 min prior to their appointment time to discuss any muscular issues they would like to address. A treatment plan is designed based on their specific needs. Post-treatment home care recommendations and any follow-up questions are addressed

I began working in health right out of college as an administrative assistant at NYU Medical Center, eventually transitioning to a clinical technician position. Working in this environment sparked an interest in prevention and alternative health methods which lead me to massage therapy. I have since worn various hats in the industry, gaining licensure in massage therapy, certification in colon hydrotherapy, yoga instruction and more recently doula services. I've learned through my own experience, the importance of a whole body approach to wellness, through movement, nutrition, and detoxification are to feeling good spiritually, emotionally and physically and I wanted to share my experiences with others.
I've worked with a wide range of clients from rehabilitative elderly to athletes, celebrities and the average person that sits behind the computer all day at work.

Be specific about what your needs are. Don't be afraid to ask questions regarding your needs and areas of concern. Although we cannot diagnose, a passionate, knowledgeable therapist will ask questions and may even do a couple of quick tests to assess and pinpoint where the problem is stemming from and will educate you and tailor the treatment to alleviate discomfort.
