I have a private practice in the Flatiron District of NYC and see patients by appointment only. Clients should arrive 15 min prior to their appointment time to discuss any muscular issues they would like to address. A treatment plan is designed based on their specific needs. I provide Post-treatment home care recommendations to help enhance your treatment.

I began working in healthcare right out of college as an administrative assistant at NYU Medical Center, eventually transitioning to a clinical technician position. Working in this environment sparked an interest in prevention and alternative health methods which lead me to massage therapy. I have since worn various hats in the industry, gaining licensure in massage therapy, certification in colon hydrotherapy, yoga instruction and more recently doula services. I've learned through my own experience, the importance of a whole-body approach to wellness, through movement, nutrition, and detoxification are to feeling good spiritually, emotionally and physically and I wanted to share my experiences with others.
I've worked with a wide range of clients from elderly patients, prenatal clients and athletes, and those who sit behind a computer, to healthcare and wellness professionals.
