Dr. Chavis, DMH, LCSW
About
Resilience, happiness, freedom, health, and the willingness to do our best comes from clearly knowing what to care about and most importantly what not to concern yourself with. This requires the development of insight into the challenges of living, and an interest in persevering through those challenges.
I am especially interested in helping individuals who experience stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, concentration problems, and career development concerns.
I particularly love helping persons grow and develop in the manner that is useful and consistent with their desires.
I enjoy this work with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples.
