David I. Block, EA, is a native of Brooklyn, NY, and a graduate of Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT. David has worked with TaxMaster since 1985. David brings to his work the philosophy that the financial decisions we make are determined by our emotional states of mind, and that these decisions create our destinies. In support of this approach, David is also a Certified Professional Coach, working with individuals and business, as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). David helps his clients find and maintain the states of mind that enable them to prosper, and strategies to help them do so.

David also offers expert accounting, tax, investment, financial planning and business consulting services to hundreds of individuals and small business. David has been an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, since 1993.
