What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any new customer I work with will be setup on a secure client portal to share his or her documents. He/she will also sign an engagement letter so both parties are comfortable and protected. After the client has uploaded all documents to the portal, I get to work. When the job is done, I explain everything to the client and make sure they understand their tax situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with a CPA license and a master’s degree in accountancy, I have worked at some of the largest public tax firms in the country for many years. I have managed tax accounts for some of the wealthiest Americans, as well as accounts for the every day worker.

Pricing is completely dependent on the situation. Fees for a simple, individual 1040 start at $250.
