What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about our client's business and details about their project is vitally important in the success of the job. Our 20+ years of experience have given us the ability to find the best process for communicating our clients wishes for their website or other graphic design projects.
We manage each project from conception to completion while maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration with our clients. We firmly believe this open dialogue allows for mutual understanding and long term relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of 6 with a varied history of training in web development languages, graphic design, video production, SEO and more! Learning never stops! We constantly seek out more knowledge online and in-person meetings and summits. The industry is constantly evolving and we make sure we stay on top of it!

Each project is unique. Pricing varies based on complexibity of the job, the # of days to complete and other factors. We always try to work within our client's budget and offer solutions to do that.
