I primarily provide accounting and tax services for businesses; individuals; and non-profits. I have over 35 years experience. My services also include analyses and evaluation of business processes and organizational issues that limit the value of the business. I have a “Value Builder Certification” that enables me to construct with the owners solutions to these limitations and enable the business to increase it’s value by a factor of 3x-4x it’s intial valuation. The selling company is then in a much stronger negotiating position with prospective buyers. I have an undergraduate industrial engineering degree. I also have my MBA in marketing and statistics. I have worked in public accounting for a major big five accounting firm. I have also worked as a CFO for a number of organizations both as an employee and as an outsourced consultant. I have worked in manufacturing; distribution; and retail for many different industries. I have worked for both public and private organizations as well as mid-market companies. I enjoy helping people resolve their financial and tax issues. Every situation is different and unique. They all pose issues from which both the client and the professional can learn.
