We pride ourselves on getting to the root of your problem, by going over a full history, ergonomics, stretches, posture, and other simple life changes to truly heal you at the source. We are always researching new methods to help you feel your best. Rather than rush you out in an hour, our appointments start at 90 minutes on the table, but the average first appointment lasts around 3 hours so that you leave with a better understanding of yourself on top of feeling significantly better. We treat with true deep tissue, neuromuscular re-education, PNF, trigger point therapy, and other methods specific to your ailments.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
I go over a full history form to gain a better timeline. During this time I evaluate any natural movements such as walking, sitting, work set up, etc and go over solutions to help adjust these to a more ergonomic way. After this I work on the client for the full time scheduled. I take note along the way to areas of concern and put together stretches and possibly workouts specific to the problems. I will go over a list of these and answer any questions before the client parts.

First Appointment (roughly 90 min) - $100.00 (cash or credit card)
2 Hours - $130.00 (cash or credit card)
Follow up appointment rates will be discussed.
Pregnancy Massage (side lying) - $90.00
Kinesiotaping:
As an Addon to a Massage - $15 one area, $10 each addt'l area
Taping Only - $20 one area, $10 each addt'l area
PNF Stretching (no massage):
15 Min (2-3 areas) - $20
30 Min (4-5 areas) - $40
Equine, Canine, and out call prices are separate.
How did you get started?
I initially started as a child working on my mom and grandmother. In 2007 I finally attended school and graduated in 2008 with honors. I have been running my business since then.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from 9-80. I have worked on professional athletes in a variety of sports, those who have injured themselves through regular workouts or just every day life, and those who just suffer with pain due to age.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a power lifter who has not only gone on to win multiple competitions since he started coming here, but also currently holds the world record in his weight class for total lift.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
PA's requirement for a license are very minimal and the average therapist only goes for this required amount of time. Many therapists will also only read a book or take a day course for treatments and will say they can perform them. I have over 1000 hours of education (over 400 hours over the requirement) and do not add a treatment until I have received full training and certification in it.

What their certifications, qualifications, and licenses are. If they have worked with your particular ailment.
