I genuinely receive fulfillment and spiritual satisfaction of knowing that I have helped another person grow into themselves fully. Nothing saddens me more than wasted potential, and oftentimes life circumstances get in the way of hope & faith, which are crucial building blocks to any change and growth. I'm here to facilitate that growth of faith in one's ability to not only overcome any obstacle, but also to achieve a life that they deserve, with the ability to in turn feel as though they have much to offer because we all do!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find that it is important to empower people by making them aware of their own insight. I generally believe that depression and anxiety are often caused by unmet needs. And is my goal to help my clients identify these unmet needs and develop action plans that can be broken into manageable steps to fulfill these on met needs. It may sound oversimplified but oftentimes the confusion one feels regarding their life situation is based on their doubt that they deserve the life that they want. I have extensive experience with mental health struggles and trauma and addiction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Is my desire to make counseling affordable for everyone. I offer a $45 consultation fee. And I am willing and able to work with my clients on a sliding scale fee going forward.
