Anytime you are looking for IT services ask about their guarantee for their services. Any customer needing IT help should always be up front and honest about what they know and don't know about their current setup so the pricing is accurate and fair.

How much time and labor costs are wasted by employees having inefficient technology or processes? The ROI of having fast, proper equipment working in conjunction with proper software is much greater than using aging equipment with outdated software. Being proactive is always more cost effective with IT than being reactive.
