Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Customers can call for a quote. Normally my charge is $99.00 for simple returns and $175.00 for complex returns.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in H & R Block for 2 years in Massachusetts. I started my own business after a couple of years when I moved to New Jersey.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate employees, retiree, self employed and tax payers who trade stocks.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A tax payer did not file taxes for the past two years. He contacted me thro' Thervo to find that his fears are unfounded and that he gets refunds and does not owe taxes. He was happy. Thanks to Thervo.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not try to file taxes on your own. The amounts you spend in hiring a tax professional is worth the money.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should not be carried away by false promises like cheaper fees and unethical practices.
