What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I set up an initial consultation (in person or via telephone) to clarify what the client is looking for, outline how I plan to handle the job, documents needed, pricing, deadlines, etc.
Once we decide to move forward, I get the documents and dive right in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Accounting field for over 20 years, I worked at a public accounting firm assisting large clients in a plethora of industries for 5 years before branching off on my own to start my own business providing accounting services to small and medium size businesses.
