I have always had a passion for helping others learn to help themselves! I am committed to giving all of me to help you achieve your dreams and goals and heal the wounds that might be getting in your way. i have been practicing for over 2 decades both here in the US, S.America and Asia. I have a strong understanding for cultural differences, issues, trauma, relationships and addiction. I am certified in Trauma Studies, Grief, Couples therapy and CBT. I am here as a guide for you to let go of what isn't working and learning strategies that do.
What I enjoy about the work I do is connecting with people on a real and authentic level. People energize me and I am passionate about my work, so having the opportunity to educatae others in areas that will greatly improve their lives, brings me great joy!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer reaches out, I am happy to have a brief phone consulation to find out more about what the person would like to work on and answer any questions they may have. At that time, the person may decide if he or she would like to set up an initial meeting.
