I am thrilled that you have made the decision to make YOUR health and happiness a priority. Challenges are not meant to be navigated on your own and I am honored that you have chosen me as a part of your support team. I promise that I will do my best to teach you effective coping tools to enable you to get back to enjoying your life (and parenthood). I can offer you a completely non-judgmental space, where you are accepted and cared for. I am here to listen, to guide and to teach you. You are NOT in this alone anymore.

I am currently only working with clients who are willing to commit to weekly or bi-weekly counseling sessions. If you live in the state of New Jersey I will submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after each session (even phone sessions!), but if you are NOT in network with Cigna you will need to pay for the sessions up front.
