Yo hablo Espanol! I am a mental health therapist who works with a variety of issues (anger, anxiety, negative habits, trauma, self-esteem and depression). I have week day hours and do telemedicine sessions too. My goal is to provide an environment of trust in which that type of relationship develops. My commitment is to be your partner on your journey of self-knowledge and healing.
I can provided specialized treatment in EMDR, DBT, hypnosis, mindfullness, and anxiety - including driving anxiety.
