At Fracctional we provide outsourced accounting services designed to get business owners and managers away from the day to day accounting details so they can focus on growing their businesses. We also offer part-time CFO, controller and financial management consulting services. We specialize in helping businesses attain their goals by providing value based services in the areas of financial management, IT (including QuickBooks, Xero and MS Dynamics implementations and upgrades), accounting including financial statement preparation and analysis, external audit preparation, asset based lending field examination assistance and financial process evaluation and improvement.
Our goal is to help small businesses grow by allowing them concentrate on what they do best. Our goal is to help our clients get to a point where they outgrow us and can bring on full time staff. Most importantly, we don't just do the accounting. We explain what the numbers means and how they can be used to improve business performance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work part-time with clients primarily online. We provide the tools to modernize your accounting systems allowing anywhere access to your numbers by computer or mobile device. We use technology to automate transactional processes creating great efficiencies, allowing you to concentrate on growing your business and us to provide the services you need a price much less then you would pay for internal accounting staff.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fracctional was founded by Randy Valentine, a CPA with a Masters degree in Accounting and over 20 years of accounting experiance working with small and mid-sized businesses. We have the skills you need to support your growing business and allow you to devote more time to your business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We work on a value based, flat fee basis, not hourly so there are no suprises when the bill comes. Our monthly fee is determined based on your needs, industry and the complexity of your operation. Because we utilize efficient and effective systems we can provide our services for up to half off what you would pay to hire a full time accounting manager or controller.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with clients in many industries. Our main requirement is that the client be open to working with a cloud based accounting system and a remote accounting team. We seek to work with forward thinking clients who are as passionate about there business as we are about ours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For businesses to grow, owners and managers must put there times into what they do best, serving their customers and improving their products and services. While accurate accounting is vital to every business, and it is important for business owners to understand their numbers, it rarely makes sense for them to spend the time needed to maintain teir own books. On the other hand most small businesses cannot justify hiring a full time accountant. However an experienced part-time CFO or controller can get the job done in a cost effective manner. Services should always be provided on flat fee basis so everyone has the same goals, effcient and accurate service at a resonable price.
