What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a portal account for the client (free to them) so they are able send me their tax files. I can also send them files and returns. The portal is very flexible and keeps data their for a long period of time.
I would like a copy of the prior year (or last return filed) so I can get data that may be useful for the current year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified public accountant for over 35 years. I have personal as well as business clients at all income levels.
