About

Hello! My name is Sara Gibson, LCSW, RYT-200. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Art Educator, Health and Wellness Coach through Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and Advocate. I am a Trauma-Informed, Holistic Therapist and Yoga Teacher. I believe in a holistic approach to healing. Professionally as well as anecdotally, I know the importance of mind, body, heart, and spirit connection and balance to heal and grow on life's path. We are not these separate pieces of ourselves. We must heal as a whole.

I see the value in individual and group therapies, yoga, physical activity, developing a spiritual practice, nutrition, loving oneself and others by fostering connection, creativity, career and dharma work. I offer Individual, Couples, and Family therapy, Life/Wellness/Nutrition coaching, Yoga in group and private sessions, as well as various other groups.

I have an office in Red Bank and Long Branch.

In my early career, I was an Art Teacher. I’ve always had a love for teaching and helping others. It made sense to combine those passions with my love of art. I decided to head back to school to pursue a degree in Clinical Social Work. I had this vision of a practice in which I could help people heal, learn, grow, and become more empowered by integrating their body, mind, heart, and spirit.
