What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hire us, our goal is to have a thorough understanding of your business and the finances of the individuals we service for tax preparation. We will have as many conversations as we need with the client to ensure they get all that is expected from us.
We provide tips that will give you more spare time to enjoy life!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, CPA and certified in 10 cloud applications. I earn at least 75 hours of continuing edecation credits and read applicable articles that sums up to the equivalent of 20 books a year. The Pocket App provides me with an annual book count.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Some services have standard pricing like individual and business tax services, payroll services and business formation services. Other services require an understanding of the needs and the size of the task at hand.
How did you get started in this business?
My dream has always been to start my own practice and it became a reality after spending over 28 years working for large corporations. It's been a great experience so far and much more exciting.

We have recently been engaged to provide services to a highly rated online software company in Belgium.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask the right questions and listen to what you are hearing. It should take 15 minutes at the most to understand if you have who you are looking for. Don't go after the lowest price to save a dollar since these services can save you thousands with the right one.
