We are a full-service ad agency and marketing firm doing both online digital marketing and traditional marketing as well in all forms of digital and traditional media. As president, my specialty is as writer/creative director. As such, my focus is on creating content that separates all of our clients from their competition(this is called Unique Selling Proposition). We use a holistic approach meaning most often combining both digital and traditional marketing to make each client stand out with greater visibility since the internet is now over-saturated especially by larger companies who have more money to dominate the internet. Our clients are small to mid size in both B2B and B2C markets. We've been in business for over 30 years and have won both industry and association awards for excellence and results. Having a home office with no overhead enables us to work with smaller and larger budgets and projects. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a fact-finding meeting or online zoom meeting asking approx 20-50 questions about your business to understand who you are, what makes you different, what your goals are etc. Then from that data, we develop a preliminary rought marketing plan as a blueprint for building your marketing program properly and effectively. This plan will also illustrate what our unique selling proposition should be and marketing budgets for review to execute the plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting Jeff Kramer Associates, I was chief writer and creative director for both New York City and New Jersey ad agencies doing both B2B and B2C marketing. I've also had extensive experience writing and producing both radio/tv commercials and online videos of all lengths. During my formative years, I've also worked closely with market research firms so I have a thorough understanding of marketing strategies in all areas. I graduated from NYC school of the arts with a major in advertising/film/tv.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on the size of our clients, we can either work on hourly fees or set price units per project. Having no overhead enables us to be very flexible with our pricing and very competitive. Our pricing must be determined on a case-by-case basis dependent on client's size, budget and needs. The majority of our clients range from small businesses doing at least several million dollars a year in sales to larger clients that have done as much as 100 million dollars a year in sales.
Flexibility in pricing is one of our key strengths.
How did you get started in this business?
After having worked on staff for both NYC and NJ ad agencies of varying sizes, certain clients decided to transition over to my ad agency once they found out about its launch. I also spent many years calling on new clients and winning their business by presenting them with fresh new ideas that impressed them.
