We are a consultant based promotional products company located in Fairfield NJ. We are a print broker and apparel decorator that help our customers stand out from their competition by providing an educational approach to buying top quality promotional products that help build brand awarness and customer loyalty. We specialize in multi-color logo items and can help you find the right product for your brand and event at the perfect price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respect my customers and the time that they have for purchasing promotional products. That is why I help them with all the possible needs and ask questions to make sure that all the things they are looking for come out perfect and have a positive branding element that matches the brand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graphic designer by trade and now how your logo will look on a product and can guide you to find the perfect product that best shows off your brand. I have also been in the promotional products industry for over 18 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing for my services because it is included in the purchase. The ony thing that is extra is the art time if needed is art time.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business in 2001 right out of College working for a promotional products company as a graphic designer and moved into production and then into sales where I found my true passion. Being able to help customers find products that make them go wow! and enjoy what they bought or give to others and something that represents them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from all walks of life. Examples are: Small business and corporate companies. MLB, Pfizer, Constructions companies Marketing companies and customers that know the need to show off the brand by giving away promotional marketing materials.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend that you as a buyer ask a lot of questions and if the person on the other side of the phone does not have time for your questions, then that person is not a good fit for you. Being a professional or expert in your field allows you to talk with passion about the things or items that you represent. I ask my customers questions in order to make sure what they are looking for is the right products for that event or that follows the branding
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sre that you have a vector EPS logo or a brand guide that has all the color specifications and formats for your logo. This includes PMS colors or standard pantone print colors recognized in the industry so your colors are always printed the same. .AI, .EPS, JPG and PNG of your logo. Ask if they will provide virtual samples for you to look over. If they product source for you and provide product options for you to consider.
