About this pro

The passion to save our clients money is what separates us from the rest.   The way we combine different layers of the tax code to translate into savings that maximize and surprise our clients.  We just offer you more opportunities to save than the competitors.   I am a CPA for twenty years and have served as CFO of five multi-million dollar companies.   It is about the experience, insights and caring that brings value to our clients.

It's simple, when you do what is right for others, others do right for you.   When we help people take that tax burden off themselves, and then they see our service as compared to the rest, that surprise has value.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact them regarding their needs and send a questionnaire that makes sure to clarify how we can begin to maximize their savings.   The process works best with proactive clients that want to receive value when filing their return and want to grow a business or just save money.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully fluent in bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, IRS audits, A-133 audits, all versions of Quickbooks, as well as tax preparation.   We have experience in multiple industries, including real estate, healthcare, wall street, large corporations, small businesses, startups, fundraising, loans, financial presentation, and tax planning and filing.   We can advise you on how to make money in this today's super competitive business environment.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We bill per hour to give the most value to our clients.   Our goal is to save you the most money in the shortest amount of time.   We want our reputation to grow and every client matters big or small.

How did you get started in this business?

I always did well in mathematics, so number crunching was a natural gateway to naturally acquired skills.   So, when I was introduced at age 18 to the world of accounting, it was exactly what destiny had in mind.   Thank G-d I went to Wharton and started my career for one of the Big 4 soon after college.   Now, twenty years later, a seasoned veteran whose experience was forged in the trenches of the hustle and bustle of New York City, it is only natural that we offer one of the most surprising and innovative tax planning available for employees and self-employed individuals, as well as S and C Corporations, Partnerships and LLC owners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have advised high net worth individuals, doctors, Wall street brokers, actors, real estate mavens, construction company owners, not for profit owners, and more.   I work well with all kinds.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are offering you audit insurance, in other words, do they stand behind their work like we do and offer free representation based on their insurance.   It makes hiring a professional so much easier when you realize you are protecting yourself from audit, and that the CPA you are hiring has a vested interest in keeping you out of harms way and they are your partner in filing your return.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How can I maximize my tax dollars based on the new tax laws of TCJA?   Do I want to become self-employed and what business structure best suits my needs?   Do I prefer to stay an employee and why?   How do I pay off my mortgage early, or how do I create a budget?   What benefits do I receive as an employee and can I quantify their value in dollars?   Where do I want to be financially and what is my plan for retirement?   How can I make money in today's ultra-competitive environment?   What should I invest in?   What should I not invest in?   We can help you with all of these questions and more.
