What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical creative process is collaborative with approval milestones between steps:
1) Discovery: An initial meeting with stakeholders to discuss the projects goals, objectives, creative requirements, budget, and deadline
2) Informal Presentation: Preliminary creative (design and copy) to collect client feedback on the general direction
3) Design Iterations: Based on the findings of Step 2, three to five creative options are developed along with a rough copy deck.
4) Final Design: Using Client feedback as a guide, a final design/creative solution is presented for approval
5) QA: A final review/proofreading is conducted before moving on to Production
6) Production: Final files are prepared and all assets are collected before being submitted to the printer/developer
7) Final QA: The final product is reviewed/proofread before bing released to the client.

B.F.A. in Communications Design from Pratt Institute

Various workshops and seminars on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer to bill a flat rate per project. The actual fee is based on the needs of the project.
If the client prefers to pay hourly, my fees are as follows:
Corporate Rate $125
Non-Profit Rate $75

Always had a love of art and strategy. Design allows me to indulge both.
