About
MarketShare Communications, a well-established marketing agency, has a very dedicated team of marketing experts that work closely with your company or business to understand and listen to your goals and expectations for marketing so that we can put a customized plan together and execute and action plan. We have been in business for over 30 years successfully helping companies with their websites, email marketing, graphic & logo design, branding, social media and other growth initiatives. We are located in Montville NJ but now with Zoom we work with clients all over the country. Ilene Greene (owner) is a past president of the NJ Advertising Club, a recipient of the NJ 50 Best Women in Business award, and we are often asked to make presentations before various business groups. My husband (Ted Polmar) and I run the business together which makes us one of the only husband & wife marketing teams in NJ.
We work with many family-owned and closely-held businesses, manufacturers and distributors, solopreneurs, professional services firms, and nonprofits. We love working closely with the owners or stakeholders of each business and bring our experience to achieve successful results for our clients.

We have over 30+ years of hands-on experience marketing for clients across many industries and professions. Our staff members are all dedicated to our clients, are all in the US, and have no less than 10 years expereience in marketing.

All of our programs and projects are custom developed for each client and no two are the same. We determine the budgets once we have discussed the scope of the marekting projects with them.

We have worked with business-to-business clients as well as business to consumer companies. We have worked with food companies, medical companies, agttorneys, CPAs, financial / wealth management advisors, irrigation company, kitchen remodeling company, coaches, business advisors, M & A firms, industrial manufacturing, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We have many clients that come to us because they have been misguided or disappointed by a company that says they are experts in marketing. They find out after spending a lot of money on marketing that they do not get the attention and hands on help that they paid for. Our 30+ years experience speaks to the fact that we have been here for our clients. Be sure you know what you are getting before hiring a marketing company or free-lancer.
