I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Functional Medicine Wellness coach that specializes in healing emotionally, removing energetic blocks which result in wellbeing. I believe we can manifest and create anything in our lives once we remove that block causes by negativity. Once our energy shifts, our life shifts and creates the well-being and peace of mind we all long for.
I have been practicing Reiki for1 over 10 years. Reiki changed my life and I've seen it change and heal so many lives. I know I am living my life purpose and there is no greater feeling than to make a difference in someone's life.

I felt calm and at peace on a physical, emotional and spiritual levels. All things felt possible. All of my post menopausal symptoms were gone as well as any pain I had been expeiencing before the reiki treatment. I highly recommend Helping Heal Hearts , Marilyn , to everyone. I think reiki should be done at least once a week especially when you are struggling or stressed out and learning it is even better. Marilyn is a wonderful teacher as well.

I had the opportunity to work one on one with Marilyn who introduced me to level one Reiki and she helped me open and expand my consciousness. Her energy is soft but POWERFUL. My life has definitely shifted for the better because Marilyn taught me how to tune into myself and my energy.
