What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule an appointment, let the client know what ID will be required prior to my signing, send appt. confirmation text or email with ID requirements and a reminder that all items that I must notarize must be signed in front of me. Inform the client of the cost.
2. Call two hours prior to the appointment to confirm we are still meeting and reiterate ID requirements, signature requirements and cost.
3. Arrived at the location 10 minutes prior to meeting
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained notary, as well as trained in customer services and relations. I worked for many years for the State handling all phases of HR work, which put me in direct contact with a large group of people daily from various ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds.
