I received my massage license from Dover College and with more than nine years of experience, I have worked with all kinds of clients including professional athletes, Triathlon coaches. My expertise is in injury rehabilitation, stress reduction, and assisting in the relief of headaches and migraines utilizing different types of therapeutic massage from relaxing Swedish massage to deep tissue sports massage. I am passionate about the positive effects massage has on the body and mind. I am devoted to helping people improve their quality of life. I offer medical massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, cupping, myofascial release technique, Swedish, trigger point therapy. I am licensed from the state of New Jersey and belong to ABMP.
I enjoy providing excellent service and most important help patients manage their physical pains.

I have completed 800 hours of massage training 13 years ago, and I continue expanding my education by taking continuing education for medical massage and other certifications.
