We have very high client retention, even though all our services are month-to-month without contracts. We assign each client with a point-of-contact who is their go-to account manager that they can contact with questions, concerns, or to update their services.
We also do not share leads and limit the number of similar clients in each region or area so as not to create any sort of conflict of interest.
Our company consist of about 10 employees that work mainly with small to medium size business, so we are used to having close business relationships with our clients and that's how we would like to keep it when possible.
I love helping my clients grow their business. When my clients are happy with our services and are doing better as business people, this brings me a great sense of satisfaction.

We consult with all our clients on their goals and needs in order to put together a well-defined strategy for their marketing, whether it is to create brand awareness or generate leads, amongst other strategies.
We are customer focused and are more concerned with moving in the direction of our clients' goals, though we make sure to give constructive feedback and advice which are in line with our clients business model.
