My journey of Health and Wellness began over 3 decades ago and is the purpose of my life...to help, educate and heal people and to encourage them and provide them with tools and experiences to live and create their best lives possible. I started to study Eastern philosophy and healing modalities in 1986 and have received Certifications in Reflexology, Jin Shin Do Acupressure and National Certification as a Natural Health Practioner as well as Master Attunements in Usui, Gold and Kundalini Reiki. I studied at The Swedish Institue in NYC and was licensed as a Massage Therapist in 1993. I am currently training and working towards my International Certification in Homeopathic Medicine...I am truly living my dream! Working with clients using Integrated Bodywork and Massage Therapy, my goal is to treat the entire person and help them achieve a greater balance...inside and out. You can check out my website at:
