I'm a business lawyer and technology lawyer for New Jersey and New York businesses. I advise New Jersey and New York companies on business law and technology law issues and transactions.
I handle purchases and sales of businesses, commercial contracting, strategic transactions and also a wide range of business and technology counseling and transactions. These include employment agreements, operating agreements, shareholders' agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS), software licensing, technology development, Agile development and consulting and independent contractor agreements.
I enjoy helping businesses grow, from the start-up phase through a sale, I am happy to be a trusted advisor to businesses of all types.

Find someone who is a good fit for your specific legal needs. Talk to multiple people. If you need a business or technology lawyer, use one who specializes in these areas.
